What’s the shipping and delivery date for my order?

Shipping

1. Your order will be shipped within a timeframe of 1 to 5 business days. For domestic shipments within the US, delivery typically occurs between 7 to 20 business days, while international orders may take 10 to 25 business days to arrive.
   
   • Still within 5 business days from the order date.
     • Your order will be processed and shipped within a timeframe of 1 to 5 business days following the date you placed your order. If your order is dispatched sooner, you’ll receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.
     • If you have not received your tracking number by the end of the 5th business day, please check your Junk or Spam email folders to ensure it hasn’t been misdirected.
     • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
   • Beyond 5 business days from the order date.
     • In the event that your order hasn’t shipped out by the 6th business day, rest easy knowing that we have a committed team who is aware of the delay and has taken the necessary steps to escalate this issue to our Fulfillment Team.
     • Please allow us an additional 3 business days to update you with your tracking number.

Delivery

1. It’s still within 7 to 20 business or 10 to 25 business days.
   • Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
     • The initial scan of the package may occur upon arrival at a nearby regional hub. This is typical when shipping volumes are elevated and packages are handled in bulk. The carrier might not confirm receipt of the package until this first scan is completed.
     • The first scan for your package may not take place until it is delivered.
     • There could be delays in how frequently the tracking database is updated.
     • Certain shipments, particularly Standard International shipments, may not have tracking capabilities. However, you can be assured that your package will arrive by the 20th or 25th business day at the latest.
   • Beyond 20 (for US) or 25 (for International) business days.
     • If 20 or 25 business days have gone by and your tracking information hasn’t changed, please allow an additional 5 business days for your package to arrive. Typically, packages arrive on or shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.
   • Beyond 30 (for US) or 35 (for International) business days.
     • As a small business, we truly want our valued customers to feel at ease regarding their orders. We want to reassure our patrons, who are the foundation of our business, that our dedicated team is actively monitoring these delays and has escalated the issue to the Fulfillment Manager to resolve it swiftly.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

1. We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
2. Transit time depends on the shipping method you select. We calculate this using business days, excluding weekends unless a weekend delivery option is selected. We also factor in holidays when determining transit time.
3. For certain delivery dates, we may show an "order within" countdown timer to indicate the timeframe in which you need to place your order to receive it by the specified date. This date is subject to change before you finalize your order, and your confirmation email will confirm the delivery date.
4. With Free Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship your order in the most economical way possible to provide free shipping. If your items haven’t shipped yet, please don’t worry; we may take a bit longer than anticipated, but we will ensure delivery within 7 to 25 business days.

Expedited Shipping

1. For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
2. If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
