Late Deliveries

1. The majority of packages are delivered on time, although some orders may arrive later than the expected delivery date.
   1. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
      1. An incorrect address or a missing apartment, floor, unit, or building number.
         1. If the address you provided matches the one in the Order Confirmation email, please check Shipping and Delivery.
         2. If the shipping address you provided is incorrect as seen in the Order Confirmation email, we will no longer be able to change it.

      2. Severe weather conditions
         1. Extreme weather conditions such as storms, snowstorms, tsunamis, and tornadoes can lead to unavoidable delays in delivery. Similar to other companies, couriers face difficulties delivering during severe weather. Stay informed by checking local weather reports, as inclement conditions reported by your local post office may cause a delay. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
      3. International customs procedures
         1. Should your parcel be delayed in customs due to a clearance issue, we kindly ask that you allow customs the time to complete the process.
